The present general conditions of sale are concluded between :
On one hand, the Company Aristo’s Limousine (The Seller)
And on the other hand, any individual or legal entity (The Customer) wishing to book a chauffeur-driven passenger car service (VTC).
By making a firm reservation, the Customer expressly acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
Only derogations subject to the written agreement of the seller may modify the application of these general conditions.
Aristo’s Limousine reserves the right to modify or adapt these general terms and conditions of sale at any time and without notice.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to each service are those in force at the time of the reservation confirmation.
RATES
Aristo’s Limousine has the price list available to customers.
Rates may vary depending on the time of day and/or the pick-up area, holidays and during periods of high activity.
Rates include all taxes :
VAT at the rate applicable according to the services provided.
the fuel
the driver’s salary
professional civil liability insurance for persons transported for valuable consideration
Any overtime and/or mileage will be charged extra.
Aristo’s Limousine reserves the right to modify its rates without notice.
BOOKING
All reservation requests must be made by email or via our website.
The reservation request must indicate all the information necessary for the establishment of a quote.
Once the quote has been established, any change of information may result in a price modification.
All reservation confirmations must be made by email or via our website.
Written confirmation is equivalent to a contract.
SERVICE PAYMENT
All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card or by bank transfer.
If the reservation is confirmed with a credit card, Aristo’s Limousine will ask for a pre-authorization.
to debit the estimated amount of the services from the Customer’s bank.
Unless expressly provided otherwise, the credit card will be charged before the start of the confirmed Services.
Aristo’s Limousine accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
We charge a 3.10% credit card fee for any payment by American Express.
At the end of the services, Aristo’s Limousine will send the customer the final invoice for the services, taking into account any supplements or modifications.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Cancellation or modification of the service by the customer must be addressed to Aristos Limousine by email.
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged according to the following terms and conditions:
Vehicle with less than 9 seats
Up to 72 hours before the beginning of the service: no charge
Less than 72 hours before the beginning of the service whatever the reason: 100% of the amount including all taxes of the service will be invoiced.
9-seater vehicles (minibuses and coaches)
Up to 96 hours before the start of the service: no charge
Less than 96 hours before the beginning of the service whatever the reason: 100% of the amount including all taxes of the service will be invoiced.
Guides, Hostesses and Security Agents
Special cancellation conditions will be indicated to the Client in writing upon reservation confirmation.
Aristo’s Limousine reserves the right to apply different cancellation or modification conditions depending on the nature of the booked service.
In this case, these cancellation or modification conditions will be indicated on the quotation and/or the confirmation of the reservation.
CLAIM
In the event of a dispute regarding invoicing or the performance of services, any claim must be addressed in writing to Aristo’s Limousine within 8 days of the end of the services. Failing this, the complaint will not be taken into account.
DELAY
Aristo’s Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control or in case of force majeure :
strikes, natural disasters, plane or train delays.
In the event of delay of the driver, the Customer will be warned. If it is impossible to take charge, Aristo’s Limousine will propose a
alternative solution or a refund of the amount paid for the service not performed .
In case of “no show” of the Customer, the service will be charged at 100%.
DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES
The personal data collected is necessary for the proper execution of the services and is reserved for the exclusive use of Aristo’s Limousine.
The Customer has the right to access and modify the data concerning him/her: Article 34 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978
and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This website and its contents are the exclusive property of Aristo’s Limousine and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any total or partial exploitation is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by law.
DISPUTES
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are exclusively interpreted and executed in accordance with French law.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and French versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the French version shall prevail. The English version is provided for information purposes only.
For any dispute that may arise between Aristo’s Limousine and the customer, the Commercial Court of Nanterre shall have sole jurisdiction.
If one or more clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are declared null and void, the other clauses will remain valid.
PROFESSIONAL CIVIL LIABILITY
Aristo’s Limousine’s insurance policy covers its professional civil liability, in particular bodily injury and material damage in the context passenger transportation.
